The Syndicate is the highest policy making body of Northern University Bangladesh. The Vice-Chancellor is the Chairperson and others are the members of the Syndicate. The following members comprise the body :
(I) Vice-Chancellor
(II) Pro Vice-ChancellorPro Vice-Chancellor
(III) Treasurer
(IV) Five representative of the Trust including Chairperson & Vice-Chairperson
(V) Two Deans by rotation in order of seniority
(VI) One Patron nominated by the Trust
The Registrar of the University will act as Secretary of the Syndicate.
