William H. Derrenger joined as Associate Dean of Faculty of Business of Northern University Bangladesh (NUB) on 1st January, 2012. Before joining at NUB Mr. Derrenger was an Adjunct Proffessor of Business Administration of Hariott-Watt University-Edinburgh and Adventist University.
Mr. Derrenger completed his MA Degree on Strategic Planning & Human Capital Development from American International College, Springfield, Massachusetts in 1988-89 and BA Degree on Economics from Baylor University, Waco, Texas in 1959-63. On the other hand he acquired knowledge on Commodity Brokers License from Chicago Institute of Finance, Chicago, Illinois and Commercial Credit Administration from American Institute of Banking, Boston, Massachusetts. He worked as Assistant Treasurer of Boise Cascade Corporation, Economic Development Adviser of U.S. Peace Corp Peace Corps, Sierra Leone West Africa, Commercial Loan Officer, 1st National Bank of Boston, USA, Academic Advisor of American International School, Dhaka and Board Member and Academic Advisor of Green Dale International School and Board Member and Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary Club of Dhaka-Buriganga.
He is the Founder and Executive Committee Member of Agricultural Advisory Services (AAS) in Bangladesh and Founding Executive Committee Member of AmCham- Bangladesh.
